Self-Managed Travel & Accommodation:
Participants are responsible for arranging their own visa, travel, and accommodation. IRCF does not provide support for these arrangements.

Financial Liability:
IRCF is not liable for any costs incurred due to changes in conference dates, location, or format.

Fee Exclusions:
Registration fees cover the conference participation but do not include travel, lodging, or personal expenses.

No Embassy Communication:
IRCF will not liaise with consulates or embassies on behalf of participants. Participants are responsible for handling all communications related to their visa applications directly.

Visa Support:
While the invitation letter may assist in obtaining a visa, IRCF cannot guarantee visa approval and takes no responsibility for any visa denial or delays.

Document Misuse:
Unauthorized changes to the invitation letter or misuse of the document will invalidate it. The registrant may face disqualification from participation and possible legal action.
